In-Circuit checking

One of the checking possibilities is that provided to us by the three automatic In-Circuit machines by bed of spikes in which the quality of our products is checked by detecting faults in electronic components and possible short circuits, etc

In-Circuit Flying Probe checking

Another type of individual or additional checking is the IN-Circuit moveable point or flying probe test system. High precision technology geared to and specializing in the checking of component assembly in surface format (SMD).

Functional checking by bed of spikes

Three machines which can check 100% of the card by providing all types of analogical and digital signals and by taking the resulting measurements to ensure its proper functioning.

Manual functional testers

Another type of more common checking is that carried out by manual functional testers designed and manufactured at Electrónica Falcón, S.A. by duly qualified personnel and made-to-measure for each printed circuit.
