Through hole assembly department

With an area of 3,500 m2 where 80 operators work, the through hole assembly department is one of the largest within the company.

This department is made up of 3 cells:

• Manual assembly and soldering area:
  This area comprises 12 fully equipped lines which are complemented with both double and single wave soldering machines. These machines use nitrogen injection and configurable parameters for each board. Also, one can find cutting equipments and ultrasound board cleaning machines.
• Through hole terminations area:
  The through hole terminations department is equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out the mounting that because of its complexity or volume cannot be mounted on an automated assembly line.
• Board seal coating area:
  This department iss responsible for the proof-seal coating of the boards. These boards are sealed with varnishes, silicones or waxes by immersion or using a selective application machine.
